Do you offer returns for item(s) purchased on the website?

All online orders are eligible for our 30-Day Return Policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How do I return an item I purchased on the website?

If you have an item you wish to return please Contact Us with the order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Which items purchased on the website cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for some items including hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Batteries
  • Nitro Fuel
  • Solvents
  • Glue (CA or Solvent based)
  • Special Orders

Only items shipping from a United States Warehouse may be returned. Items shipping from China Warehouse(s) cannot be refunded as the return shipping costs and delays make it prohibitive. Note: Items shipping from China will be clearly marked on the product page.

How long does it take to get a refund for a return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 7 business days.

Where is my item located and where will it ship from?

All orders ship from our Midwest Warehouse or direct from a Manufacturer or Supplier Warehouse. Most of our items ship from the United States. We do offer a small selection of items that are only available to ship from a manufacturer or supplier in China.

Items may be available from multiple locations and orders may be sent in multiple shipments when necessary. Multi-shipment orders may have different arrival times depending upon what warehouse(s) the item is located and the ship-to location for the order.

The ship from location and estimated arrival time are displayed on the product and cart/checkout pages.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday and are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of payment. Occasionally during peak times or as an error orders may take longer than 24 hours to process and we will notify the purchaser ASAP about the issue. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?

The shipping location and estimated arrival time is displayed on the product and cart/checkout pages. Please note, the shipping times quoted are only estimates and may vary depending upon the time of year, carrier/weather delays, delay in confirming payment. or other unforeseen issues.

What carrier(s) will you use to ship my items?

Shipping methods and carriers will vary depending upon item, ship-to location, and warehouse. Items shipping from a US Warehouse will use USPS Priority Mail or First Class Package Service, UPS Ground, FedEx SmartPost or Home Delivery, or DHL eCommerce service. Items shipping from a China warehouse will be sent using ePacket service from China and then USPS for “last-mile” delivery upon arrival in the United States.

Tracking - FAQ

Do you provide tracking information for website orders?

Yes, after processing an order, we will follow up with an email that contains tracking information.

Note: Some orders may be sent in multiple packages from different origin locations and will require multiple tracking numbers or carriers.

How do I track my order(s) from the website?

Tracking information will normally be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Your order(s) can also be viewed and tracked from the My Account page on the website.  You may also use the tracking number(s) provided to track your order(s) from the carrier’s website or third-party service.

Why do I have more than one tracking number for my order?

We will ship all items from one location when possible. When orders combine items available from different warehouses the order will be sent in multiple shipments and may arrive on different dates. The available location(s) for a product will be shown on the product page.

Orders sent in multiple packages from different origin locations will have multiple tracking numbers or carriers.

What if I don’t receive tracking number(s) or tracking updates?

After processing an order, we will follow up with an email that contains tracking information. Order progress can be tracked from the My Account page on the website.

Tracking information will normally be provided within 2-4 days after placing an order for items shipping from a United States warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within 4-5 days of ordering please let us know.

Note: For items shipping from a China warehouse with ePacket the tracking availability will vary, but will normally be available once the item has reached the United States and the USPS scans the item upon arrival. Delivery should be within 2-5 days of the USPS arrival scan. If you have not received tracking updates after 20-24 days after purchase please Contact Us so we can investigate the location of your item(s).

Products - FAQ

Are the products listed on website available and in-stock?

Our online inventory status is updated every hour to ensure availability and items marked as “In Stock” are available for immediate delivery. Items which are not available currently will be marked as “Out of Stock” and cannot be purchased.

In what condition are the items you sell?

All items are New in Package unless otherwise stated on the listing. Some items are bought in bulk and are only available without packaging.

Items without packaging will be clearly stated in the product description.

Why do kits include RTR, ARF, BNF, or PNP in title or description?

Radio Control hobby vehicles/kits are available in different levels of completeness. Some kits are available in complete Ready to Run (RTR) versions and others will require parts and assembly to be operational.

Why are some items available in a Mode 1 or Mode 2 version?

The available transmitter modes refer to how the controls / sticks are placed on the transmitter. Some transmitters are available with the ability to be converted between modes.

Mode 1 –  The elevator (pitch) and rudder (yaw) are on the Left stick. The throttle and aileron (roll) are on the Right stick. This configuration allows less accidental mix when moving controls and is used by pilots in many regions.

Mode 2 – The throttle and rudder (yaw) are on the Left stick. The elevator (pitch) and aileron (roll) are on the Right stick. This configuration is similar to the layout in a full-size airplane and used by most pilots in the US.

The decision of which mode to choose is primarily a choice of preference or experience for the pilot.

How long are Pre-Order items available?

Pre-Order items can be available in limited quantity or be limited by an ending date. Pre-order items will have the remaining quantity or ending date clearly marked on the product page.

When will I receive my Pre-Order item(s)?

Availability of Pre-Order items will vary. Pre-Order items will have the expected availability date listed on the product page. Pre-Order items will arrive from 3-10 days after the availability date for items available from a US Warehouse.
