Shipping & Returns

All orders ship from our Midwest Warehouse or direct from a Manufacturer or Supplier Warehouse. Our online inventory status is updated every hour to ensure availability and items marked as In Stock are available for immediate delivery.

Most of our items ship from the United States. We do offer a small selection of items that are only available to ship from a manufacturer or supplier in China. 

The ship from location and estimated arrival time are displayed on the product and cart/checkout pages.

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday and are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of payment. Occasionally during peak times or as an error orders may take longer than 24 hours to process and we will notify the purchaser ASAP about the issue. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Delivery Times

Items may be available from multiple locations and orders may be sent in multiple shipments when necessary. Multi-shipment orders may have different arrival times depending upon what warehouse(s) the item is located and the ship-to location for the order. The ship from location and estimated arrival time is displayed on the product and cart/checkout pages.

Note: The shipping times quoted are only estimates and may vary with time of year, carrier/weather delays, delay in payment confirmation. or other unforeseen issues.


Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping (Ships from United States US Warehouse – MO) – Most packages make it to destination within 3-6 business days using USPS Priority Mail or First Class Package Service. UPS Ground may be used for items over 4 pounds.


Free Shipping
FREE Shipping (Ships from United States US Warehouse – #2) – Most packages make it to destination within 4-8 business days using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, AMZL Home Delivery, or FedEx SmartPost service.

FREE Shipping (Ships from United States US Warehouse – #3) – Most packages make it to destination within 5-10 business days using UPS Ground, FedEx SmartPost, or DHL eCommerce service.

FREE Shipping (Ships from China China Warehouse) – Most packages make it to destination within 10-24 business days using China’s EMS ePacket service.


Note: We do not ship Internationally at this time and only ship to the United States. If you are an international customer and would like to make a purchase please Contact Us us with the desired item(s) and we will get back to you with possible solutions and pricing.


After processing an order, we will follow up with an email that contains tracking information. Order progress can be tracked from the My Account page on the website.

Tracking information will normally be provided within 2-4 days after placing an order for items shipping from a United States warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within 4-5 days of ordering please let us know.

Note: For items shipping from a China warehouse with ePacket the tracking availability will vary, but will normally be available once the item has reached the United States and the USPS scans the item upon arrival. Delivery should be within 2-5 days of the USPS arrival scan. If you have not received tracking updates after 20-24 days after purchase please Contact Us so we can investigate the location of your item(s).

Note: Some orders may be sent in multiple packages from different origin locations and will require multiple tracking numbers or carriers.

Track Previous Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Return Policy

All online orders are eligible for our 30-Day Return Policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. We do not accept returns for some items including hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Batteries
  • Nitro Fuel
  • Solvents
  • Glue (CA or Solvent based)
  • Special Orders

There are certain situations where refunds will be denied or only partial refunds are granted if the return is not due to our error, a supplier and/or carrier error, or a damaged or defective item:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that is considered a Special Order or not normally in-stock
  • Any item Shipped from the China Warehouse (All sales are final for CN warehouse sales)

When processing a return item a 15% Restocking Fee may be deducted from the refunded amount in the above cases.

China Warehouse

Only items shipping from a United States Warehouse may be returned. Items shipping from China Warehouse(s) cannot be refunded as the return shipping costs and delays make it prohibitive. Note: Items shipping from China will be clearly marked on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Item Replacement

If you received a damage or defective item you must notify us within 30-Days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or replacement. We may, at our discretion, decide to offer a replacement or exchange item in some instances.

How to Return your Item(s)

If you have an item you wish to return please Contact Us with the order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the reason for the return is our error or a defective or damaged item. If you are sent a pre-paid RMA return label and you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.

Start a Return


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us and we will verify your refund.
